The tectonic plates, forming the Earth, are very large compared to the areas healed. Their radiation is of high intensity. The radiation lines run vertically from the Earth to the universe. In practice, we often discover radiations generated by underground cavities, tunnels, channels, caves and the like. However, their radiation is weak and they may be ignored.
