People have always built hidden rooms or entire buildings. Today, people often discover tunnels connecting castles constructed several hundred years ago. They built shelters as protection against enemies, storages for valuable items and tunnels linking the neighbouring buildings, palaces, fortresses etc. The channels and tunnels discovered surprise us with different shapes and structures, and it is difficult to establish their original purpose, what connec- tions they served for, and where their entrances and exits were. Historical documents confirm that before the modern technological development such structures were indispensible and that, over time, underground facilities lost their purpose and became useless. Certain stories show that hideouts were built for valuable items, so that the enemies would not find and take them, and that such hideouts were later forgotten about, as those knowing the secrets died. Practice shows that few among the multitude of such stories are true and that many amateurs searching for such places rather went crazy than found them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I believe that there are many hidden facilities and that all palaces, castles and similar buildings indeed had such concealed sections. As an example we can take the reports by archaeological experts who confirm that the old castle in Ptuj in Slovenia is connected by a tunnel with the nearby Vurberg castle. The tunnel was constructed under the Drava river, from Ptuj to Vurberg, a once very famous property, destroyed by the allied forces airplanes during the Second World War. Ptuj and Vurberg were constructed on the high banks of the Drava river to defend the people from the enemies and protect them from bandits. There is a well in the courtyard of the Ptuj castle which is 64m deep, which means that the tunnel was at a depth of around 70m. The distance from Ptuj to Vurberg is 5 to 10km, so the tunnel had to be that long. Today, the tunnel is useless, damaged in several places. Objectively, the very thought that there is something so large under the surface of the earth speaks about the need and the nature of such facilities constructed in the past. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The searching for underground tunnels, spaces and similar facilities is not dangerous, since such structures are not protected in terms of energy and excavating is not dangerous for the human organism. The energy radiation appearing in such places is of weak intensity. Therapists rarely detect them and measurements are doubtful. The radiation discovered does not show where to excavate.
