Pozdrav suncu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pozdrav suncu (Surya Namaskar) je sklop od 12 asana, tj. 12 polo\u017eaja tijela, koji se izvode jedan za drugim po odre\u0111enom redoslijedu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pravilno i redovno izvo\u0111enje te tehnike stimuli\u0161e ravnote\u017eu djelovanja \u010dakri, aktiviranje tjelesnih i duhovnih funkcija tijela i njihovo povezivanje u jedinstvenu cjelinu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako vje\u017ebe zahtijevaju tridesetdva ponavljanja ili \u0161esnaest krugova, za terapeuta je dovoljno nekoliko ponavljanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svakome ostaje da izvodi te vje\u017ebe po svom ukusu i namjeri, jer postoje razli\u010dite varijante izvo\u0111enja sa razli\u010ditim ciljevima. U svim varijantama su to iste asane, pa terapeutu nije potrebno posebna studija izvo\u0111enja. Mo\u017ee se zadovoljiti sa osnovnom varijantom, te jednim do tri kruga dnevno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dvanaest polo\u017eaja odnosno asana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vje\u017ebe se izvode vezano, jedna iza druge, u dva ponavljanja po 12 asana. Taj polo\u017eaj se zove \u201cnamaskara mudra\u201d. Potpuno izdahnemo vazduh. Te\u017eina je ravnomjerno raspore\u0111ena po tijelu; pa\u017enja je usmerena na pritisak dlanova i osje\u0107aj u prsima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II &#8211; 2. Glavu zabacujemo unatrag \u0161to vi\u0161e, sve dok je to jo\u0161 udobno; pa\u017enja je usmerena na luk gornjeg dijela le\u0111a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II &#8211; 3. Trudimo se da pete ostanu i da ih dr\u017eimo na podu, glava me\u0111u rukama sa pogledom u koljena; pa\u017enja je usmjerena na predio vrata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II &#8211; 6. Ruke, brada, prsa, koljena i podvijeni prsti na nogama dodiruju pod. Ki\u010dma je savijena odnosno izvijena. Od polo\u017eaja pet i dalje zadr\u017eavamo prazna plu\u0107a, bez vazduha. To je jedini trenutak kada se razmjenjuju izdisaji i udisaji. Pa\u017enja je usmjerena na centar tijela ili na mi\u0161i\u0107e le\u0111a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II &#8211; 7.
