3.6. Colours
Colours are a component and irreplaceable part of white colour, and strongly influence the functioning of the organism. Light is the majority energy of the life-cosmic energy, therefore, it is logical that it has a special significance in therapy. Here, we will restrict ourselves to the visual part of the spectrum of electromagnetic waves and describe the main significance of certain colours we frequently use. It is useful if the candidates attend a course of colour therapy, where they will be able to convince themselves that colour therapy also involves complementary colours and their strong connection with the basic colour.
Colours that are parts of white light are very important for a living organism. With our activities for keeping fit, we enter them into our bodies every day. The entry of colours into the organism is possible in several ways, enabled by various techniques. One of the most successful ways of inserting colours into human body is the cabalistic system of emanation.
We take (in our mind, with our hand) from the sun of infinite potential in the centre of the universe a ray of white light and pull it to the top of our head. From here, we continue the way down into the right side of the head and colour in our minds the right half of the head into white; then we pull the ray to the left side of the head and colour the entire left half of the head in white. We continue downwards into the right shoulder, colour the right shoulder and arm in white; we go to the left shoulder, colour the left shoulders and arm in white. From the left shoulder, we pull the ray into the centre of the body, the spine below the ribs and colour the whole torso in white. The ray then goes to the right hip, we colour the right hip and the right leg in white, continue to the left hip and also colour the left hip and leg in white. The ray travels between the legs and straight into the centre of the Earth to the complementary sun of infinite potential, goes around it and returns upwards to the coccyx at the lower end of the spine. Now, the ray spins and wraps, in the form of a spiral, around each vertebra up to the neck, i.e. head, and continues its way to the sun in the centre of the universe.
In this way, we will enter the colour of the specific day every day. Later, with continuous repetition, this procedure becomes treatment that can be successfully performed by any therapist. This is a component of keeping the organism fit and soon becomes a daily and useful habit.
According to days in the week, the body needs the following colours:
Monday - RED
Tuesday - YELLOW
Wednesday - PURPLE
Thursday - ORANGE
Friday - GREEN
Saturday - WHITE
Sunday - BLUE
The influence of colours on individual organisms, organs and functional systems of the body can also be followed by the colours of individual chakras, whirls. Chakras glow with all colours, but individual colours are cleaner and clearer. With regard to the intensity of these colours, which the therapist notices immediately, we can treat individual organs by adding the necessary colour to an individual chakra. Logically, this is most frequently the strongest colour, i.e. colour dominating the chakra.
Distribution of colours by chakra:
1st chakra - RED
2nd chakra - ORANGE
3rd chakra - YELLOW
4th chakra - GREEN and TURQUOISE
5th chakra - BLUE
6th chakra - PURPLE
7th chakra - SILVER and GOLD
When analysing the influence of energies on a live human organism, we can divide the body to two halves. From the diaphragm down, the impact of physical energy is dominant, and from the diaphragm up, spiritual energy dominates. We can say that the first, second, third and partly fourth chakra are those of earth, while those above the diaphragm, partly the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh chakra are primarily spiritual chakras. The middle one, i.e. the fourth or heart chakra, receives physical and spiritual energies equally and has the role of a link or a connecting system between the physical and spiritual energies in the human body.
In therapy with life-cosmic energy, the therapist is not required to take special care of chakras, since, after treatment of the auric system and adding of energy, the chakras activate, open and enable the organism, organs or certain areas in them to receive this energy. There is only a problem if an organ tied to the supply of energy through a certain whirl (chakra) is very ill. In that case, the chakra is added energy systematically, so that the diseased area is accessed and healed more easily.
We enter the colour through chakras by pulling, in our mind, a colour ray for the first, second and third chakra through the legs from the complementary sun in the centre of the earth. We feed the fourth chakra with green colour from the sun in the centre of the earth and with turquoise colour from the sun in the centre of the universe. We feed the fifth, sixth and seventh chakra from the sun in the centre of the universe through the seventh, crown chakra. We enter the colours in the body while (imagining that we are) standing.
For instance, for the first chakra: we pull a ray of red colour from the sun in the centre of the earth through both legs up to the coccyx, and spin the first chakra clockwise for men and anticlockwise for women. Each following chakra spins in the opposite direction. We do the same for the seventh chakra, only that we take the ray from the sun in the centre of the universe and directly activate the silver and gold colours. We activate the second, third, fifth and sixth charka with a ray from the relevant sun and the relevant colour by pulling the ray to the root of the chakra, activating its front and rear part. We first activate the fourth chakra with a green ray from the sun in the centre of the earth and then with a turquoise ray from the centre of the universe.
From among all the colours in the therapeutic practice, we most frequently use blue, which helps us much in transformations in the physical body. Other characteristics of colours are shown in various tables; we pay attention to them when using mental flashes, i.e. in quick healing.
