1.2. The Task of the Body
Our body receives life-cosmic energy and thus maintains its life. An organism through which this energy flows, which has this energy, is healthy; and vice versa, if this energy does not flow in it, its functions begin to be disturbed and, consequently, it falls ill. We enter the energy into the organism directly from the environment, or as we are used to say: from the universe, by breathing, through food, drinks and through other vital activities. Today, it is no longer a secret that some people use meditation to enter life-cosmic energy into the organism and that they can live without food or drink, which makes us think that human beings of the present time in an environment known to us only exploit the energy of food and food elements for their functioning, i.e. for the functioning of the organs and systems in the organism.
The body takes the life-cosmic energy which enables the functioning of the organism's organs and systems; a healthy organism transforms this energy into the life energy that appears and can also be detected around the body, known to us as bioenergy, because it is transmitted by any biosystem. Humans first discovered bioenergy as life energy, and found out through experience and experimentations that health is closely connected with it: if there is also sufficient bioenergy around the organism, the organism is healthy; if it is deficient, the organism starts to weaken. They did not yet know the original, primary life-cosmic energy.
In the East, the energy state around the body, the bioenergy, which is a secondary energy, was already well known as life energy many years B.C.; they analysed its appearance, impact and behaviour, compared these findings with human health and the energy field around the body, and named it 'aura'
