4.3. Cleaning with Urinotherapy
The most substances unnecessary to human organism accumulate in the last organ of the digestion system, the large intestine. Here, undigested food prepares for excretion from the organism as excrement; this is a kind of a waste dump, full of dangerous substances and parasites.
Regular excretion of faeces enables a normal removal of dangerous substances from the organism. Certain problems or obstacles may appear due to inappropriate eating habits, primarily consumption of dry food, due to stress, haste, mental burdens, etc. In such cases, faeces are not excreted regularly and undigested food is retained in the sacs of the large intestine. Faeces are not fully excreted from the large intestine, new faeces arrive and it happens that a piece remains glued to the wall of the intestine, hardened into a solid plate.
During the removal of such plates, small lesions may appear on the intestinal wall, which may swell up and affect other organs in the vicinity. As I have already mentioned, cancerous cells are formed in the large intestine. Not only that cells that may lead to cancer are created, the worst problem is that there is a dangerous epicentre weakening the organism, which can damage the body's immune system and is one of the most frequent reasons for the development of an illness.
I knew a patient who told me that she had been constantly in poor health for two decades and then fell seriously ill at the age of thirty-eight. She suffered from constipation; doctors were unable to give a diagnosis; she did not defecate at all for three days; medical cleaning of the large intestine did not help. Through her great suffering she got a vision that consuming olive oil can help her. She drank some oil and experienced such cleaning that she thought all her organs would drop out; the excrement smelled so bad that she asked the nurses to block her nose. She claimed that she had never fallen ill again after that cleaning, she had not even caught the flu, although she was eighty-one.
An exaggerated cleaning of the large intestines is not necessary, the organism does it well itself; but occasionally we must help it, because the food we eat is full of chemicals, protective substances, poisons that our organism has a hard time digesting.
In my assessment, an individual should clean the large intestine at least once in seven years. Tests have shown that the enema fluids known today are not always successful and that it is the best to use one’s own urine, i.e. the method of urinotherapy.
Preparation of urine:
Collect the urine throughout the day by catching the middle flow of urine (the liquid obtained at the beginning and at the end of urinating is not suitable) into an appropriate container. The urine should not be older than 24 hours. Collect two and a half litres of liquid. If there is not enough urine, add boiled and cooled water or scalded camomile tea into the enema bag. Warm the liquid up to the body temperature by putting the enema bag into hot water.
Therapeutic procedure:
According to the urinotherapy instructions, the enema of the large intestine is done two hours after the last meal, i.e. in the evening, seven days in a row.
Hang the enema bag prepared in the bathroom around two metres high, let the air from the tube, kneel and place the forearms on the floor: the body is flat, the bottom raised. Insert the tube in the anus and release the liquid so that it flows into the intestine. When all enema liquid is in the bowels, turn to the right and left side, lift the legs, slightly massage the belly counter-clockwise, and when you are no longer able to keep the anus closed, sit on the toilet. The first two days it may be necessary to pour the liquid into the intestine in two attempts because of the large amount of excrement in it; later, the bag will get empty in a few minutes.
