11.2. Creation of New Rules

Through healing and continual repetition, i.e. therapist’s investment of the necessary energy, any transformation rule gets alive, successful, starts to function. The text of the transformation is in fact not important; what is important is the thought and the way the transformation is performed. For instance, if the text involves a certain prayer or if it is dedicated to a saint, the energy invested into the prayer in the past and the specific spiritual state of energies and emotions dedicated to the saint result in the accumulation of the invested energies and intentions, and so transformations function excellently.

As people from the West, in many ways different from the Eastern nations, cultures and languages, we should not blindly perform meditations in the Eastern ways, i.e. in the ways of other nations and in their languages. The problem is that in this way we lose the additional spiritual energy obtained through personal emotion by praying in one's own faith and to the local saints. Meditation performed according to a foreign form is improvised, without sufficient personal energy being invested in it and cannot achieve the goals set, thus it often fails.

We create the most successful texts for transformations by harmonising them with the energy invested in the childhood when we, owing to our ignorance and lack of experience, believed everything and everybody, dedicated our wishes and expectations to certain gods like we were taught to. This energy, our childhood energy, is the highest driving force of the spiritual growth of any person, and rules harmonised with this energy bring the best results in transformations.

Therefore, if you wish to create your own rules, remember your childhood and certain wishes that came true as if by a miracle, so that we were grateful to a saint or another person, patron or image we had asked to listen to us and help, and formulate your text for the transformation rule accordingly.

You will find that your newly-created rules are successful, that you are original and sufficient, and that you do not have to idolise an Eastern mantra, use a foreign meditation technique or even worship a foreign divinity.

All this shows that a literal performance of a certain mantra according to an Eastern model cannot give a positive result unless one’s own energy is invested. Let us see the practice of the movements and groups using different Eastern techniques in Slovenia: their improvisations and behaviour of the members often remind us of carnival masks and their singing is rather parrot-like. Addicts to the Eastern techniques and spiritual disciplines adorn their apartments with symbols from the East, their clothes are a poor imitation of the Eastern fashion, their behaviour is unusual and resembles a child play; they like to set up socalled temples and find holy places; all this leads to a contradictory activity of the existing and stimulated energies, which usually has an adverse impact on the health of the inhabitants belonging to the Western culture. Such systems of behaviour and functioning are appropriate for the nations from the East and people where many generations have lived in a culture and society in which meditation is something ordinary; meditation permeates their way of life, they spontaneously do their rituals performed in a meditative state and achieve their purposes, also harmonised with their situation and expectations.

I had an opportunity to observe what happened when a colleague gave a clear quartz crystal to a known Slovenian author of religious background, who accepted it saying that this stone should ‘fill him up, fill him up, fill him up’. He held the clear quartz pressed to the chest and moaned: he probably experienced the reception of divine energy simulated in his mind and was happy. I thought about his education and got another prove that education and spiritual development of a person have nothing in common.

A spiritually developed person is in harmony with the laws of nature, he has achieved universal love by investing his energy, he has divine blessing and is easy to recognise, because he achieves top results in his profession, he is innovative and his works supplement the findings in his profession; if he heals, he achieves excellent results, some would say that he performs miracles, heals incurable diseases, provides very quick solutions and masters the complex area of energies.
