7.2.1.2. Sight
The visual system is very important and sensitive. We obtain most information about the environment through it. According to expert assessments, 82% of all information received through the sense organs is received through the visual system. The eyes are a sensitive system with a complicated structure, safely protected in cavities between the cranial bones. Six muscles, controlled by the brain, move the eyeball, the main part of the eye, so that we can look in all directions.
The eye receives electromagnetic waves, light from the environment, and focuses it through the lens on the light-sensitive retina, transforming light signals into electrical, i.e. neural, impulses. The impulse information travels via the optic nerve to the brain where three-dimensional images of the object observed in the natural form are created.
Eye diseases have many forms, with the main problems created by shortsightedness and long-sightedness, irregular focusing of the image of the object observed through the lens on the retina. Eyes can be injured by mechanical, chemical, biological and energy influences. Although the eyes are well protected, they must be gently maintained and taken care of, because they are exposed to external influences. Any tiny injury can result in lasting consequences, therefore, daily care and special protection at work are always recommended.
Short-sightedness and long-sightedness are corrected by means of glasses, which fix an irregular transmission of the image of the object observed to the retina. Glasses correct the sight, but do not cure the eye; in principle, glasses even prevent the healing of the eyes, because the latter get used to the aid and accept the view through the glasses as normal vision. Consequently, it is more reasonable to do the exercises intended to improve the sight according to the method of ‘seeing without glasses’ than to use glasses.
By examining the energy of both eyes, we determine the approximate condition of the visual system. We raise the lost energy of the eyes with Rule V of the life-cosmic energy therapy, and if the eyes retain this energy, the problems are reduced and alleviated.
Eye diseases have various causes which we must investigate and cure. Many reasons for eye diseases lie in the damaged genes of the ancestors, and we can also trace influences of spells, curses and magic. It often happens that the patient has a headache and that the cause is in the eyes, or that the patient feels pain in the eyes due to inflamed sinuses. Connections of pain between the organs in the head are very frequent, and therefore, we must be very careful when diagnosing such diseases.
