8. Life Without Illness

Throughout history, one can trace ideas bringing together the East and the West, ideas involving a zealous search for something enabling long and eternal life. In both terrestrial hemispheres, in all cultures of known nations, in all world religions and ways of social life, especially in the governing structures and ancient civilisation, a single desire is expressed: to achieve immortality. Whether it is a primitive people or a highly developed civilisation, the oral and written testimonies show in this or that way that all living beings wish for one and the same thing, to become an immortal ruler, almost god.

The oriental nations, to the extent the West is familiar with their methods, search for the way to immortality through spiritual development, meditation and renouncing the physical, earthly way of life. Let us only mention an example from the highly spiritually developed structure of the Indian society, the Brahmans, who isolate themselves, addicted by meditation, in the mountainous regions of the country, and forget food, hygiene and worries: they do not see the environment and walk naked among people with a single goal to spiritually join with god at higher levels.

Many meditation systems from the East we know today were poorly transferred to the West and incorrectly performed, which is why meditation and its goal are often misunderstood. Our way of thinking is European and we improvise the values of the East according to our logic, which gives very poor results in meditation, and often a negative effect, or even causes irreparable damage to the listeners to lectures and participants in such classes. When learning the philosophy of the eastern nations and following the goals of their meditation and way of social life, we can discover their endless desire to separate, through meditative techniques and yoga, from their physical body, from the material way of life, and become a spiritual body only, thus gaining immortality.

In the West one can find different, more pragmatic examples of searching for immortal life. In Egypt, the pharaohs had consecrated tombs, built complicated pyramid systems, embalmed the bodies, wrote rules governing the behaviour of the soul, and believed that in this way they would live after death. Roman rulers bathed in the blood of young men, convinced that this would rejuvenate them so that they would live a long life. There are examples from the history of the nations of South America sacrificing children, cutting out their heart with a knife while still alive; they were convinced that this procedure would bring them the mercy of the gods and that these would offer them a nice and long life. In Europe, the most known expression of the eternal desire for immortality is the search for the so-called holy blood or the Holy Grail.

The above view of the issues concerning the so-called immortality and sacrifice in the East and the West might meet with opposition, primarily that expressed by individuals in scientific circles backed up with literature and learned treatises, modern philosophical observations. However, one thing is certainly true: a person must first live a physical life, be healthy, i.e. lead a healthy life, and to be able to wish to become immortal, to become consecrated, to become god.

In the years of therapeutic practice gone by, I have also noted different interests of those who attend courses for healing with life-cosmic energy: some want to be cured; others want to continue and maintain their organism in a healthy state; some wish to find a way to spiritual growth; and some are only interested in the contents of this teaching.

My approach to this issue is directed in the search for the way how to lead a healthy life, such as given to a person on Earth, how to harmonise the way of life with the rules of nature and live happily, without illness. Simultaneously, with this standpoint and my own search for the meaning of life, I arrived to the conclusion that everybody on Earth depends on the energy of the Earth in which we are submerged, on the energy maintained by the universe and found everywhere around us, giving us life. If we bear in mind this situation and act according to its laws, we will live a healthy and happy life.

If certain scientific or merely media assertions are correct and humans could live up to 130 years with the present way of life and that human organism is even able to live up to 360 years, we can justifiably conclude that today people are more or less in disharmony with nature or even sick at the spiritual and physical level.

The analysis of many techniques and systems of exercises for healthy life known today around the world shows that these are mostly partial and also commercial techniques, focused on the maintenance of individual functions or systems of the human body, and that less attention is paid to the way of life without illness, to the extension of human life. Not only the analysis of these different techniques and exercises for healthy life, but also of almost all alternative methods of healing known show that not a single one of these systems gives a good long-term or integral result. Exercises for the maintenance of health are partially successful in the maintenance of physical fitness and individual functional systems in the organism, but do not offer an orientation to the right way of life without illness.

All alternative healing methods are tied to a certain problem and may have partial successes in the area in question, if performed correctly. In our region, the techniques for the maintenance of health are mostly improvised and performed incorrectly, which is primarily obvious with esoteric methods brought from the East: techniques performed by individuals who use these methods unprofessionally or without understanding the true meaning of the exercises cause so many side effects and consequences on the bodies that it is often best to avoid such alternative techniques.

A speciality of our region is also the making of protective aids against radiation and influence of adverse energies on the body. The makers of protective aids see the commercial side of it and are not aware that such protective aids are created for a certain purpose and that their incorrect use can cause great damage to the aura of all those within the scope of their influence, no matter for whom the aid is intended. Some companies support the production of protective devices, and these are found on the market, made of precious metals, crystals, gilded and silver-plated, with an obligatory dedication by individual, not always verified experts. Mental programming for success with a general goal and for the solution of all problems leaves grave consequences and shortens life.

They also make and program, by means of meditation or rather black magic, plastic plates with a universal purpose, even for healing infertility; they offer protective or intentionally formed spirals, pyramids, glasses, plates, bottles, underwear, devices producing universal energy on the basis of clear quartz etc. Improvisation in the creation of different symbols, aids, amulets and talismans, especially those from the East, is in expansion.

These negative and intentionally incorrectly used devices usually cause grave consequences for the human energy system. The hyper-production and use of these bad protective objects will stop when the awareness of this problem and the purpose of protection in general rise.

Based on the abovementioned, I believe that it is not sensible to use the protective devices made in our region. As far as protective devices made abroad are concerned, we would have to know in what way they were made, in what cultural environment they were created, and what is their original purpose. A typical instance of total incongruence, misunderstanding of the principle of protection and incorrect use of certain knowledge and symbols is when members of the Christian community go to Islamic priests for protective devices. Islamic countries know the technique of creating protection for the believers by means of certain citations from the Koran; such protection is active for up to three months and then needs to be renewed. Islamic priests have also learned to market and they make protections by copying certain parts of prayers or pages from the Koran, fold the paper into a triangular shape, stick several layers of adhesive tape on it, and offer such a product as a universal protective aid. Naive people buy such triangles and wear them glued to the body; in case of infertility they glue them on the belly button; to protect the living quarters, they put them under or above the doors of apartments; they carry them in wallets, hidden or not. In practice it has often been shown that the worst is that patients cannot be cured by using these aids; it is not possible to remove the causes of their diseases, unless the adverse impact of such apparent and inappropriate protection is first neutralised.

I can also not avoid a bad feeling in the case of healing with bioenergy, knowingly or unknowingly used by many alternative healers, and the negative consequences of such therapy. Logical thinking about how the therapist's energy is not the same as that of the patient, that one's energy is not the same as that of his neighbour, leads to the conclusion that we cannot heal one another with our own energies. When we transfer our own energy to another, we also transfer our disease to him, and when we take his energy, we also receive his disease, and when we treat a third person, we also infect him with the disease. Most bioenergy healers are recognisable on account of different rings, bracelets and thick necklaces. Some of them are so conceited that they believe to have achieved such high level that they make silver pendants with their signature and sell them to patients for happy life. An even sadder case is that of healers offering the patients necklaces with a pendant with their image, signature or differently combined symbols, trying to take god's place.

My view of choosing the way that enables life without illness is based on the abovementioned findings that today humans live a life in disharmony with nature, that they are more or less ill, that the present system of maintaining health is incomplete. Consequently, I believe that it is, prior to choosing any system or technique claiming to ensure healthy life to the user, necessary to examine each candidate and, if needed, also heal him and inform him in detail about the consequences of an alternative method.

The human organism has an excellent and sufficiently successful defence mechanism for maintaining health. If the progress of a disease has caused its defence system to fail and if we choose to help the defence system, we choose the right way to our goal of life without illness, which life-cosmic energy therapists achieve successfully and without adverse consequences. Now we only have to accept the principle that human organism and its life energy or aura depend on the energy we are submerged in and in which we exist, i.e. life-cosmic energy. It is worth mentioning again the statement, which has been repeated and confirmed for so many times, that the life-cosmic energy which gives us life does not have side effect, that the functioning of this energy, when the body needs it, is divine and that nothing negative happens when the body has sufficient life energy and the life-cosmic energy influences the body.

When the defence system of an organism needs life-cosmic energy, we help it by channelling the energy into the organism or, as I have already explained, by means of the transformation rules. The defence capacity of the organism is maintained by checking the organism and, if necessary, channelling the lifecosmic energy to the part of the body without life energy.

The healing or maintenance of health will only be successful if all the therapy stages, from the cause of illness to the last stage when the disease has left visible consequences in the organism, are carried out. Thus, the previous chapters have defined three stages of disease development, namely:

(1) the set of causes, the time when the injury appeared in the energy body; to heal it, we learned the technique of treating the energy body or the first therapy;

(2) the interim state, when the cause of injury to the energy body begins to influence the physical body and does not yet leave consequences in the organs and systems of the organism; and

(3) the disease, when the physical body is affected by visible consequences, injuries, when the organism is in danger; here, the healing of the physical body is needed, i.e. the second therapy.

The first therapy involves the healing of the energy body, and the second therapy concerns the treatment of the physical body; in better words, the first and the second therapies disburden the body’s defence system and give it the strength to overcome any disease and maintain health.

The medical science does normally not deal with the first stage, i.e. causes of illness, nor with the damage to the energy system. It also does not deal with the second stage, when the injuries to the energy system influence the physical body. It is only successful in the third stage, when the injury or disease leaves visible consequences in the organs and systems of the physical body. The medical science must make a step forward and start to research the nonphysical, the energy body of the human organism.
