6.4.1 The Cervical Vertebrae
Cervical vertebrae without energy cause a serious inconvenience and unpleasant pain in the neck, shoulder and head area. If vertebrae C3, C4 and C5 are without energy or weak, the patient feels pain in the shoulders and this pain also spreads to the neck and the head.
If the patient has a headache, this mostly means that the drainage channels for the supply of cerebrospinal fluid are closed and that, depending on the level of pain, the brain and the cervical vertebrae have also remained without energy. The classical pain or migraine means that the brain lacks oxygen, caused by an energiless state in the brain and in the cervical vertebrae, and poor flow of the cerebrospinal fluid.

Heal the pain in the shoulders, neck and head connected with the cervical vertebrae and migraine and not connected with sinuses by using Rules IV and V.
The success of the therapy is immediate: the patient stops feeling pain in the head, shoulders or neck immediately after the therapy.
