3.1.2. Entering of Colours into the Body

We enter colours into the body to keep the body fit. Each day of the week, we use a different colour which the body needs according to the cabbalistic system of the creation of the first human being.

The Procedure of Entering Colours into the Body

In our mind, we take from the sun of infinite potential in the centre of the universe a ray of white light and pull it to the top of our head. From here, we continue to the right side of the head and colour the right half of the head white; then we pull the ray to the left side of the head and colour the left half of the head white. We continue to the right shoulder, colour the right shoulder and arm white; we go to the left shoulder, colour the left shoulder and arm white. From the left shoulder, we pull the ray to the centre of the body, to the spine below the ribs and colour the whole torso white. The ray then goes to the right hip, we colour the right hip and the right leg white, continue to the left hip and also colour the left hip and leg white. The ray travels between the legs and straight into the centre of the Earth to the sun of infinite potential, goes around it and returns upwards to the coccyx at the lower end of the spine. Now the ray spins in the form of a spiral around each vertebra up to the head and continues its way to the sun in the centre of the universe.

The arrangement of the colours by day is the following: Monday is red; Tuesday yellow; Wednesday purple; Thursday orange; Friday green; Saturday white; and Sunday blue.

If any of the colours is insufficient in the body, for instance during therapy, we enter it into the body by using the system of colouring through the chakras.

Entering of Colours in the Body through the Chakras

We enter the colour through chakras by pulling a colour ray for the first, second and third chakras through the legs from the sun of infinite potential in the centre of the Earth. We feed the fourth chakra with green colour from the sun in the centre of the Earth and with turquoise colour from the sun in the centre of the universe. We feed the fifth, sixth and seventh chakras from the sun in the centre of the universe through the seventh, crown chakra. We enter the colours into the body by imagining that we are standing and that a colour ray is travelling through our legs for the chakras fed from the sun in the centre of the Earth, and that the ray travels through the crown chakra for the chakras fed from the sun in the centre of the universe, up or down to the chakra where the colour in question prevails and spins the chakra strongly.
