6.4.3. The Lumbar Vertebrae
The lumbar vertebrae are the most sensitive part of the spine. They are very often without energy and cause pain in the lower back. The reason for this pain is the energiless state of the lumbar vertebrae from L2 to L5 and the sacral vertebrae S0 and S1, which means that both these parts of the spine must be treated jointly.
If the lumbar vertebrae L4 and L5 are without energy, the pain in the lower back is occasional and not very strong; an energiless state of L3, L4, L5 and S0 causes occasional and strong pain in the lower back; and energiless L2, L3, L4, L5, S0 and S1 result in the patient feeling unbearable pain and moving with difficulty.
The lumbar vertebrae and the sacrum can be healed individually or jointly. In the beginning, I propose separate treatment for the lumbar vertebrae and separately for the sacrum.
To heal the pain in the lower back use Rule V in combination with the method of healing with the hands, i.e. by laying on of hands.
Lay the hands on the diseased area, on the lumbar vertebrae and the sacrum so that the palms of both hands touch with the thumbs. From our birth everybody's hands are almost always open and ready for therapeutic use, although we are not aware of it. A somewhat better effect and stronger flow of energy is achieved by therapists with longer practice or, for instance, teachers of the reiki technique.
